THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR MANAGEMENT, SUPERVISION, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND ANY OTHER ITEMS AND SERVICES NOT OTHERWISE PROVIDED AS GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY (GFP) /GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT (GFE) REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE NON-PERSONAL SERVICES ESTABLISHED IN THIS PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) TO THE U. S. ARMY OPERATIONAL TEST COMMAND (USAOTC) INTELLIGENCE ELECTRONIC WARFARE TEST DIRECTORATE (IEWTD). IN ADDITION, THE CONTRACTOR MAY BE REQUIRED ON AN INTERMITTENT BASIS TO PROVIDE TESTING, DATA COLLECTION AND EXPERIMENTATION SUPPORT TO COMBINED DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATIONAL TESTING, TRAINING ACTIVITIES AND OTHER RELATED ACTIVITIES.
