    REPAIR SHOWER TRAILER AT FMS4: SCOPE: THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF REPAIRING THE BATHROOMS / SHOWER TRAILERS LOCATED BEHIND FMS # 4 1111 COMMERCE AVE. HAINES CITY FLORIDA 33844. THE FOCUS OF WORK WILL BE TO RENOVATE THE SHOWER AND BATHROOM AREA # 1. THIS BUILDING HAS 2 METAL ENTRY DOORS LOCATED SIDE BY SIDE WITH OPPOSITE SWING DOORS. EACH DOOR SERVES AS THE ENTRY FOR 1/2 OF THE BUILDING. THE DOORS HAVE DETERIORATED FRAMES AND SLABS AND NEED TO HAVE 2 DOORS DELETED AND INSTALL 1 DOOR NEW TO SERVE THE WHOLE BUILDING. THE WALL DIVIDING THE 2 HALVES NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. THE FLOOR HAS MANY ROTTEN AREAS IN FRONT OF EACH SHOWER STALL AND TOILET AREA THAT WILL BE REPLACED. THE FLOOR IS CURRENTLY MADE UP OF 3/4 PLYWOOD SUB FLOORING WITH VCT TILE FINISH FLOORS. REMOVE AND RE-INSTALL TOILET STALL DOORS TO FIT AND FUNCTION PROPERLY. REMOVE AND REPLACE AS NECESSARY ANY WALL BOARD AND DRYWALL IF NECESSARY DUE TO MOLD OR OTHER MOISTURE ISSUES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR AND MATERIALS TO COMPLETE THE WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS STATEMENT OF WORK. THE WORK SHALL BE DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE ARMY AND INDUSTRY STANDARDS, IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER WITH QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. 1. ITEMS OF WORK: A. EXTERNAL DOOR AND ENTRY FRAMING WITH REQUIRED WATER SCREEN/DRIP EDGE AND MATERIAL TO MATCH EXISTING INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR FINISHES. B. REPAIR FLOORING / PLYWOOD AND FRAMING AS NECESSARY AT ALL JOINTS. C. REPLACE WALLBOARD / DRYWALL AS NECESSARY DUE TO MOLD OR MOISTURE. D. ENSURE ALL LIGHTS AND FANS ARE WORKING UPON COMPLETION. E. ENSURE ALL PLUMBING IS FLOWING PROPERLY UPON COMPLETION OF PROJECT. 2. MATERIALS: A. ENTRY DOOR / FIBERGLASS DOOR WITH COMPOSITE JAMBS / FRAMING WOOD B. PLYWOOD / 2X6 S / HARDI PLY PANELS FOR SUBFLOORING UNDER TILE. C. 12X12 ADA CERAMIC TILE/ STANDARD COLOR D. WALL BOARD / DRYWALL E. POSSIBLE EXHAUST FANS. F. PLUMBING FITTINGS TO ADDRESS NEW FLOORING AND SUBFLOORING REQUIREMENTS. REPLACE SHEETROCK IN AREAS WITH MOLD.
