THE FOLLOWING CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE: 1) PER AG-82X9-11-0109, THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM 08/17/2011 THRU 09/30/2011 TO 05/01/2012 THRU 09/30/2012. 2) THE TOTAL DOLLAR AMOUNT ON SUBJECT SF1449, REFLECTING A SIGNITURE DATE OF 8/17/2011, LOCATED WITHIN BLOCK 26 OF PAGE 1, IS HEREBY CHANGED FROM $4,400.00 TO READ $15,400.00 FOR A NET INCREASE OF $11,000.00. 3) THE AUTHORITY OF WAGE DETERMINATION WD 05-2081 IS HEREBY INCORPORATED AS THE REVISED WAGE DETERMINATION OF AUTHORITY. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUBJECT PURCHASE ORDER REMAIN UNCHANGED AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
