THE CONTRACT IS TO ACQUIRE SWU IN EXCHANGE FOR DOE S ACCEPTING TITLE TO, AND DISPOSAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR, A QUANTITY OF DEPLETED URANIUM TAILS (DUF6). THIS MODIFICATION EXERCISES THE OPTION FOR ADDITIONAL STORAGE.
