REMOVAL OF ADDITIONAL REMOVAL OF WOVEN FENCE AT SEIP EARTHWORKS, FENCE REMOVAL AND ANY VEGETATION CUT TO THE GROUND. 2. REMOVAL OF TWO DEAD HAZARD TREES LOCATED WITHIN THE VISITOR AREA AT SEIP EARTHWORKS. FLUSH CUT STUMPS. 3. REMOVAL OF FIVE LARGE TREE OF HEAVEN TREE SPECIES LOCATED ADJACENT TO 180 YEAR OLD FARMSTEAD. FLUSH CUT STUMPS. FUNDED AMOUNT IS INCREASED FROM $17,290.90 BY $6,000.00 TO $23,290.90 ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MODIFICATION AGREED TO HEREIN AS THE COMPLETE EQUITABLE ADJUSTMENT FOR THE CHANGES DESCRIBED ABOVE. THE CONTRACTOR HEREBY RELEASES THE GOVERNMENT FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY UNDER THIS CONTRACT FOR FURTHER EQUITABLE ADJUSTMENTS ATTRIBUTABLE TO SUCH FACTS OR CIRCUMSTANCES GIVING RISE TO THE AFORESAID CHANGES. ***OTHER FUNCTIONS*** - $17,291 - Saturday the 1st of December 2012
