THIS WILL ALSO INVOLVE TST STAFF PROVIDING WEB CONSULTING SERVICES TO USAID AND USAID S CONTRACTED THIRD PARTIES INVOLVED WITH WEB DEVELOPMENT FOR USAID. CONSULTING WILL BE PROVIDED SPECIFICALLY ON TOPICS INCLUDING THE GOOGLE WEB API AND OPTIMIZATION OF SITE PERFORMANCE AND FEATURES WITH THE INTENT FOR THE MOBILE DEVELOPMENT WORK TO REFLECT THE CONSULTING WORK IN FUTURE ITERATIONS OF THE MOBILE APPLICATIONS.
