THE SERVICES UNDER THIS REQUESTED PURCHASE ORDER WILL INVOLVE REGULAR INSPECTIONS, TWO LATENT DEFECT INSPECTIONS, AND ANY OTHER NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT. IT IS ESTIMATED THAT THIS PURCHASE ORDER WILL CONSIST OF 56 INSPECTIONS AT $200 PER INSPECTION. THE TOTAL IS $11,200. THE PERFORMANCE PERIOD IS ESTIMATED TO BE AUGUST 1, 2012 THROUGH JULY 31, 2013. THIS WILL COVER THE LATENT DEFECT PERIOD WILL GO THROUGH JUNE 2014 AND A MODIFICATON WILL BE NEEDED.

THE INSPECTOR WILL PERFORM WEEKLY INSPECTIONS, LATENT DEFECT INSPECTIONS AND ANY OTHER UNTIL THE PROJECT IS COMPLETE. IT IS ESTIMATED THAT THERE WILL BE 44 INSPECTIONS AT $250 PER INSPECTION. A TOTAL OF $ 11,000. THE EXPECTED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IS JULY 1, 2012 THROUGH JUNE30, 2013. THE LATENT DEFECTS WILL GO THROUGH APRIL 2014 AND MODIFICATIONS WILL BE NEEDED. THE APP IS A-2012-HSNG- 0228. SINCE HIAMS WILL NOT ALLOW TWO APPS FOR ONE PURCHASE ORDER, IT IS EXPECTED THAT A REQUISITION FOR MODIFICATION WILL BE MADE AFTER THE PURCHASE ORDER IS AWARDED.
