THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL SUPERVISION, MATERIALS, LABOR AND EQUIPMENT TO PERFORM THE HEREINAFTER-SPECIFIED WORK AT THE CHARLES A. HALLECK FEDERAL BUILDING, COOLING TOWER REPLACEMENT&ANY RELATED PIPING NOTED IN THIS SPECIFICATION AND THE DESIGN DRAWINGS. THE CONTRACTOR MUST INCORPORATE THE SCHEDULING NECESSARY TO INCLUDE THE EXISTING BAS SYSTEM AND THE NECESSARY GLYCOL TREATMENT FOR START-UP OF THE NEW COOLING TOWER.
