THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE INPATIENT ADULT PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES AT THEIR LOCATION, TO PATIENTS REFERRED BY THE WILLIAM JENNINGS BRYAN DORN VAMC, COLUMBIA SC. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE IMMEDIATE LONG-TERM INPATEINT PSYCHIATRIC CARE FOR PATIENTS REQUIRING ONE-TO-ONE, 24 HOUR CARE, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK PER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT AND THE STATEMENT OF WORK.
