FROM: $2,068,076.72 TO: $2,068,914.40. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES FULL, COMPLETE AND FINAL SETTLEMENT OF ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR EQUITABLE ADJUSTMENT IN THE FORM OF MONETARY AND TIME RELIEF WHICH THE CONTRACTOR MAY HAVE AND WHICH MAY ARISE IN THE FUTURE, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT AND/OR CHANGE ORDER AND CLAIM LISTED HEREIN.
