NLRB HAS CHOSEN TO UPGRADE THEIR PANEL FABRIC AND LAMINATE, ADD TASK LIGHTS TO THE PROPOSED SHELVES, CUBICLE SIGNAGE, AND BASE FEEDS VERSUS THE PROPOSED POWER POLES. SHOWN BELOW ARE THE CHANGES TO THE ABOVE REFERENCED PROJECT: 1.) UPGRADE OF THE FABRIC AND LAMINATE DUE TO AESTHETIC PURPOSES IN ORDER TO COORDINATE WITH THE BUILDING FINISHES. THE TASK LIGHTS UNDER THE SHELVING WILL PROVIDE A BETTER SUITED WORK AREA FOR THE NLRB. IN ADDITION, THE CUBICLE SIGNAGE WILL HELP IDENTIFY WORKSTATIONS IN THE FLOOR PLAN. THE SPACE WAS ORIGINALLY SHOWN HAVING NO EXISTING POWER TO THE CUBICLES, SO POWER POLES WERE PROPOSED; HOWEVER, THE BUILDING HAS PERFORMED THE NECESSARY ELECTRIC WORK TO USE BASE FEEDS. 2.) THIS MODIFICATION HEREBY ALLOCATES THE ADDITIONAL FUNDING TO INCORPORATE THE UPGRADES AND ADDITIONS TO THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT. 3.) THE CONTRACT VALUE IS HEREBY INCREASED BY $6,418.55 FROM $46,419.86 TO $52,838.41.
