UNDER THIS EFFORT, DHS OPO WILL PROVIDE CONTRACT AWARD AND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES ON THIS SBIR PHASE 1 EFFORT. THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE FOR PSQUAREDT'S PHASE 1 PROJECT IS SIX MONTHS, UNLESS A CONTRACT MODIFICATION IS ISSUED. THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE FOR OPO'S EFFORT IS FROM THE CONTRACT AWARD DATE THROUGH CONTRACT CLOSEOUT, AN ESTIMATED PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS DUE TO THE TIME NEEDED TO PERFORM FINAL AUDITS ON THE CONTRACT. THE TOTAL ESTIMATED FUNDS PROVIDED FOR THIS SBIR PHASE 1 EFFORT IS $150,000.00. THE TOTAL OBLIGATED FUNDS PROVIDED FOR THIS SBIR PHASE 1 EFFORT IS $100,000.00.
