TO FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND MANAGEMENT NECESSARY TO EXCAVATE A SECTION OF THE TOE OF THE FOSSIL WALL APPROXIMATELY 8" AT THE QUARRY EXHIBIT HALL, DINOSAUR NATIONAL MONUMENT. THIS IS TO ALLOW ADDITIONAL CLEARANCE FOR MAN-LIFT ACCESS ALONG BASE OF WALL. IF NOT ACCOMPLISHED, ACCESS TO THE QUARRY FACE VIA THE MAN-LIFT MAY BE LIMITED, THUS DELAYING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
