    3.1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AN EXPLOSIVE STORAGE MAGAZINE WITH THE PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS DESCRIBED BELOW: 3.1.1. A MINIMUM ALLOWABLE NET EXPLOSIVE WEIGHT (NEW) OF 80LBS OF HD 1.1 MATERIAL. 3.1.2. A MAXIMUM QD OF 35FT, TO INCLUDE INHABITED BUILDING DISTANCE (IBD), PUBLIC TRAFFIC ROUTE DISTANCE (PTRD), INTRALINE DISTANCE ( ILD), AND INTERMAGAZINE DISTANCE (IMD). 3.1.3. VENTING HARDWARE, TO ALLOW THE MAGAZINE TO BE PLACED WITHIN A BUILDING. 3.1.4. INTERIOR DRAWERS WITH THE ABILITY TO HOLD: 3.1.4.1. ONE 50LB FIBERPAK DRUM (15 DIAMETER X 24 HEIGHT). 3.1.4.2. FOUR 7LB AMMUNITION CANS (14 X15 X6 ). 3.1.5. AN INTERIOR LIGHT. 3.1.6. THE VENDOR SHALL PROVIDE AN AMMUNITION MAGAZINE THAT MEETS APPLICABLE OSHA REGULATIONS AND MEETS THE CRITERIA OF EITHER ANSI OR OTHER OSHA RECOGNIZED TESTING ORGANIZATIONS.
