WORK INCLUDES ELECTRICAL WIRING, PLUMBING, CONCRETE SLAB CONSTRUCTION, WELL HOUSE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, DISINFECTING OF WATER DISTRIBUTION AND ASSOCIATED MISCELLANEOUS WORK. MODIFICATION NO 2 EFFECTIVE JULY 19, 2011. THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO EXTEND THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE 45 CALENDAR DAYS. THE COMPLETION DATE OF THE CONTRACT IS CHANGED TO READ OCTOBER 4, 2011. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. - $1,555 - Monday the 24th of September 2012
