THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE THE SECOND SPECIALIZED STUDY UTILIZING THE REFINED REQUIREMENT AND OUTPUTS AND PRESENT THE PRODUCT TO THE OGS. THE OGS WILL EVALUATE AND MAKE ADDITIONAL REFINEMENTS. 3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REPEAT THIS PROCESS FOR THE THIRD AND FOURTH SPECIALIZED STUDIES. THE GOAL IS TO HAVE A COMPLETELY REFINED REQUIREMENT, WITH OUTPUTS, NOT LATER THAN COMPLETION OF THE FOURTH SPECIALIZED STUDY.
