THIS MODIFICATION ALSO EXERCISED THE OPTION TO PERFORM POST-CONSTRUCTION COMMISSIONING SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,802 AS ACCEPTED IN THE ORIGINAL AWARD. THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THIS MODIFICATION IS $23,848 AND THE TOTAL CONTRACT VALUE INCLUSIVE OF PS06 IS $298,230.
