ACCORDINGLY, THE CONTRACTOR SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO BENCHMARK DATA, AN ELECTRONIC DASHBOARD SOLUTION, A VARIETY OF COLLECTION TOOLS, METHODS FOR ACTION PLANNING/CHANGE MANAGEMENT, AND AN EXTENSIVE APPROACH FOR PROJECT DESIGN, FACILITATION, AND TRACKING.
