THE CONTRACTOR WILL ONLY BE PAID FOR ACTUAL WORK PERFORMED. D. THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WAGE DETERMINATION NUMBER 2005-2205 (REV 14) 07/11/2011 IS INCLUDED FOR YOUR INFORMATION. E. CLOSING STATEMENT IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT PURSUANT TO THE ABOVE, THE CONTRACT TIME IS AFFECTED AND THE CONTRACT PRICE IS INCREASED AS STATED, WHICH REFLECTS ALL CREDITS DUE THE GOVERNMENT AND ALL DEBITS DUE THE CONTRACTOR.
