THIS EXTENSION IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AS PER CLAUSE FAR 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984) AS INCLUDED IN THE BASE YEAR OF THE CONTRACT. D. AN ADDITIONAL MODIFICATION IS ANTICIPATED IN MID-JULY 2012 TO ADD FUNDING. THIS MODIFICATION DOES NOT CHANGE THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE CONTRACT. E. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
