CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES FOR MONARCH PLACE- 043-HD057. THIS NEW CONSTRUCTION IS A 10 UNIT PROJECT UNDER SOA 811. START OF CONSTRUCTION BEGAN DEC 2011 AND IS EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED IN SEPTEMBER 2012. IT IS ESTIMATED THAT 44 INSPECTIONS AT $200 PER INSPECTION IS NECESSARY. THE ESTIMATED PERFORMANCE PERIOD OF THIS PURCHASE ORDER IS JULY 1, 2012 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2013. THE LATENT DEFECTS WILL RUN THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2013. A MODIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED TO COVER THE LATENT DEFECTS PERIOD. SINCE HIAMS WILL NOT ALLOW TWO AAPS FOR ONE PURCHASE ORDER, IT IS EXPECTED THAT A REQUEST FOR MODIFICATION WILL BE NECESSARY AFTER THE AWARD OF THE PURCHASE ORDER.
