TASK DESCRIPTION: - REMOVE ASBESTOS COVERING STEEL SUPPORT BEAMS AND THE BLOCK WALL IN THE ANNEX ELEVATOR SHAFT (FOUR (4) LEVELS; EACH LEVEL IS 11 FEET HIGH, TOTAL HEIGHT IS 44 FEET). - REMOVE ASBESTOS CONTAMINATED FLOOR TILE AND GLUE FROM ELEVATOR PLATFORM (49 SQUARE FEET). ADDITIONAL TASKS/REQUIREMENTS: - THIRD PARTY ABATEMENT MONITORING AND AIR SAMPLING SHALL BE PROVIDED TO OSHA COMPLIANCE. - ASBESTOS MATERIAL DISPOSAL MUST BE DOUMENTED IN AN EPA APPROVED LANDFILL. - REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL PROCEDURES ARE TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL REGULATORY LAWS.
