THE GUVI GRANT IS PROVIDED IN TWO PARTS: ONE TO DIXIE STATE COLLEGE THE PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR INSTITUTION AND THE SECOND TO APPLIED PHYSICS LABORATORY, THE SATELLITE OPERATOR. THE BUDGET IS APPORTIONED TO THE TWO INSTITUTIONS AS FOLLOWS: FY11 13 DIXIE STATE COLLEGE $78K PER YEAR, APPLIED PHYSICS LABORATORY $268K PER YEAR. DETAILS OF THE DIXIE COLLEGE BUDGET ARE INCLUDED IN THIS PROPOSAL. THE APPLIED PHYSICS LABORATORY WILL SUBMIT A SEPARATE DETAILED COST PROPOSAL.
