REQUEST IS FOR CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS FOR LIVERPOOL FIELDS 042-35635. THIS IS A 60 UNIT, NEW CONSTRUCTION, MAP LOAN UNDER THE 221D4 SOA. CONSTRUCTION BEGAN MARCH 23, 2012 AND IS EXPECTED TO LAST UNTIL MARCH 2013. THE LATENT DEFECTS PERIOD RUNS THROUGH MARCH 2014. THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE WILL BE AUGUST 1, 2012 THROUGH JULY 31, 2013. A MODIFICATION WILL BE NEEDED TO COVER THE LATENT DEFECTS PERIOD. IT IS ESTIMATED THAT THE PURCHASE ORDER WILL NEED 56 INSPECTIONS AT $250 PER INSPECTION FOR A TOTAL OF $14,000. THE REQUEST IS TO USE PLAN NUMBER A-2012-HSNG-0322.
