THE CONTRACTOR PROPOSES TO ADAPT THE PROVEN IP-583 METHOD TO ACHIEVE THE ARMY S GOALS OF A SYSTEM WITH THE ABILITY TO FAME DETECTION IN JET AND DIESEL FUELS, WITH A DYNAMIC RANGE 100 PPM TO 7%, WHILE MEETING THE OBJECTIVE OF AN INSTRUMENT WITH SIZE AND OPERATIONAL ENVELOPE SUITABLE FOR USE IN THE ARMY S MOBILE FUEL LABORATORY.
