THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION NUMBER 03 IS TO EXERCISE OPTION YEAR 2 WHICH COVERS SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND OFFSITE ARCHIVAL STORAGE FOR THE SIMULATOR. THIS EXTENDS THE CONTRACT END DATE TO AUGUST 1, 2013 AND INCREASES THE TOTAL ESTIMATED COST TO $1,797,531 AND TOTAL OBLIGATION TO $1,797,409.
