    THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL LABOR, EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIALS NECESSARY TO THE PERFORMANCE OF MITIGATIONS MEASURES TO PROTECT FEDERALLY PROTECTED AQUATIC SPECIES DURING THE BRUSHY CREEK BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT PRIOR TO CONCRETE FORD DEMOLITION. THE BRUSHY CREEK BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IS EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED IN NOVEMBER 2011 WITH THE ASSUMPTION OF NO DELAYS. AT THAT TIME DEMOLITION OF THE OLD CROSSING WOULD BEGIN. THE START DATE FOR THE MITIGATION WORK IS OCTOBER 2011. THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE PERFORMING THE WORK WITH STATE AND FEDERALLY PROTECTED AQUATIC SPECIES IN THE PROJECT AREA MUST HOLD VALID COLLECTION PERMITS FROM THE US FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE (FEDERAL FISH AND WILDLIFE PERMIT) AND THE ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION AND NATURAL RESOURCES.
