THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUPPLY ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO INSTALL FOUR DEDICATED 120V AC, 20 AMP CIRCUITS FROM THE UPS PANEL LUPS-3 INTO LAB, LOCATED AT THE EPA STC, 300 MINNESOTA AVE., KANSAS CITY, KS, PER THE SCOPE OF WORK AND PROPOSAL, ATTACHED AND HEREBY INCORPORATED.
