THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING AN INVENTORY AND MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE TO THE COR, FOR THE EXISTING EQUIPMENT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT. OLD CONTRACT VALUE $5,232,093.42 + $12,564.48 INCREASE FOR ADDITIONAL GUARD SHACK (THOMASVILLE, GA) = $5,244,657.90 ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN THE SAME.
