IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE TANK THAT WAS IDENTIFIED IN THE JOB ORDER TO BE REMOVED WAS STILL BEING USED AS A HEATING OIL SOURCE. THE MODIFICATION WILL ADD A PROPANE FURNACE AND ASSOCIATED SUPPLY LINE TO THE BUILDING. THIS MODIFICATION WILL ADD $7,720.51 FOR THE PROPANE FUNACE AND INSTALLATION. THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE JOB ORDER WILL INCREASE FROM $37,147.60 TO $44,868.11. THIS MODIFICATION WILL NOT ADD ANY ADDITIONAL TIME TO THE PERFORMANCE PERIOD.
