CONTRACTOR WILL CHECK TEXT DRAFTS FOR ERRORS IN GRAMMAR, SPELLING TYPING, CONSISTENCY AND PUNCTUATION. CONTRACTOR WILL USE THE NPS STYLE GUIDE, CHICAGO MANUAL OF STYLE, AND PAST CUVA STYLE CONVENTIONS AS A REFERENCE IN DOING HER WORK. ONCE TEXT GOES INTO THE DESIGN/LAYOUT PHASE, CONTRACTOR WILL DO A FINAL PROOF READ BEFORE WE GO TO PRINT. DOCUMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED IN WORD AND ADOBE PDF. DRAFTS AND FINAL PRODUCTS WILL BE APPROVED BY ARRYE ROSSER. DEADLINES TO PRINTER ARE: SPRING 1/18/12, SUMMER 4/17/12, FALL 7/16/12 AND WINTER 10/17/12. FIRST DRAFT PROVIDED BY NPA ABOUT ONE MONTH PRIOR TO EACH DEADLINE. CONTRACT COST IS BASED UPON 53 HOURS OF WORK AT $45 PER HOUR. TOTAL IS NOT TO EXCEED $2,385.00
