THE COURSE WILL PROVIDE INSTRUCTORS AND EQUIPMENT TO INCLUDE PAPER, PRINTER AND FRAMES. THE END RESULT HELPS YOUTH EXPRESS THEIR FEELINGS DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME AND HELPS CREATE RESILIENT YOUNG ADULTS FIND THEIR VOICE. THE ARIZONA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD TOTAL FORCE TEAM CHILD AND YOUTH PROGRAM SEARCHED FOR SUCH A PROGRAM AND CONSULTED WITH NGB AND THE CHIEF CHILD AND YOUTH SERVICES SECTION OF THE SOLDIER AND FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION TO ENSURE THAT THIS VENDOR WAS THE ONLY SOLE PROVIDER OF THIS COURSE
