    THIS IS A PROJECT MANAGEMENT OVERSIGHT (PMO) SERVICES CONTRACT THAT PROVIDES FTA WITH CONTRACT SUPPORT CAPABLE OF RENDERING CRITICAL PROGRAM INPUTS FOR A VARIETY OF FTA PROGRAM DECISIONS FOR ITS GRANT PROGRAMS.
