SCANNING SERVICES NEEDED FOR MAJOR SCANNING PROJECT AT SHOSHONE NF IN CODY, WYOMING, AND BIGHORN NF IN SHERIDAN, WYOMING. VENDOR WILL SCAN AT THE END-USER SITE DUE TO THE SENSITIVITY OF THE DOCUMENTS. DOCUMENTS TO BE SCANNED INCLUDE SURVEY RECORDS AND A COLOR ATLAS. VENDOR WILL PROVIDE THEIR WON STATE-OF-THE-ART HIGH SPEED SCANNERS TO ENSURE QUICK, EFFICIENT SCANNING, AND ELECTRONIC DATA STORAGE TO TRANSFER THE SCANNED RECORDS FROM THE SCANNING DEVICES TO A FOREST SERVICE CENTER. TOTAL COST OF THE SERVICE IS NTE $8,000.00, TO INCLUDE TRAVEL TO SITES (TRAVEL BREAKDOWN ON FILE). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE 1 DEC 2011 THRU 30 DEC 2011.
