IN THE BEHAVIOR DETECTION TRAINING AREA, DELETE THE BATHROOM DEMOLITION AND BUILD-OUT OPTION FROM THE ORIGINAL SOW AND REVISE THE BUILD-OUT OF THE NEW OFFICE WITHIN THE AREA. 4. IN THE LOST AND FOUND ROOM, PROVIDE ONE (1) ADDITIONAL DATA DROP IN THE EMPLOYEE AREA. 5. PROVIDE FOUR (4) PANELS FOR SECURITY EQUIPMENT WITHIN EACH PHASE OF THE PROJECT. 6. INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL SEVEN (7) FULL-SIZE DRAWINGS AND ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF THE 80% AND 100% DRAWINGS TO THE BWI PERMIT OFFICE. THE CENTER WILL HOLD DEMONSTRATIONS OF ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY CURRENTLY AVAILABLE AT CMS THAT CAN BE PROVIDED AS A MEANS OF REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS TO CMS EMPLOYEES WITH VARIOUS DISABILITIES. THE NEW AND IMPROVED RESOURCE CENTER WILL PROVIDE: RESOURCES AND ONE-ON-ONE ASSISTANCE FOR EMPLOYEES SEEKING REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS; OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES TO TEST ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY DEVICES BEFORE REQUESTING THEM AS REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS; AND ON-SITE NEEDS ASSESSMENTS. CMS REQUIRES THE AUTOMATING, CONTROL, AND MONITORING OF THE CENTER TO EASE THE USE OF THE ROOM RESOURCES WHILE PROVIDING A STANDARD METHOD OF MANAGEMENT OF THE RESOURCES FOR AV AUDIO/VIDEO SUPPORT. CMS IS PROVIDING ENHANCED SUPPORT AND ENHANCED END-USER INTERACTION BY IMPLEMENTING CONTROL SYSTEMS TO ALL RESOURCE ROOMS SUPPORTED BY OFFICE OF OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT (OOM) / ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES GROUP (ASG) / DIVISION OF COMMUNICATIONS&CONFERENCE MANAGEMENT (DCCM). CMS LOCATIONS AT 7210 AMBASSADOR RD AND 7210 WINDSOR BLVD HAVE CONFERENCE, TRAINING, AND BREAK ROOMS WITH AUTOMATED, CONTROLLED, AND MANAGED AUDIO AND VIDEO CAPABILITIES. THESE SAME FEATURES SHOULD BE AVAILABLE IN THE NEW ATC.W ATC.
